Nintendo DS Power Cable Replacement

As if Christmas wasn't stressful enough...

Christmas can be a stressful time of year, particularly where small children are concerned. This poor, panicked customer called into our repair centre today with a Nintendo DS not powering on. Basically Santa was bringing her son some new DS games this year, and that morning he dropped the console and it wouldn't turn back on, which explains the panic.

We had one of our engineers take a look at it immediately for the customer, and discovered that there was a short circuit that needed to be repaired, and the power button flex needed to be changed. I think we were almost as glad as she was that it was quite quick to repair, and we had the damaged Nintendo DS up and running within 2 hours for her, with a 6 month warranty.
